We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly arrange a return, exchange, or refund. Our policy is designed to be as straightforward and nurturing as the gardens we aim to enhance.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Process: Contact us first to initiate a return. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.

The Detailed Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Nest: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return/exchange. Please use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer care team will review your request and, if approved, email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send the item.
  3. Package & Ship: Securely package the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box, and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection & Resolution: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or the shipment of your exchange item.

Refunds: Timing & Method

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we process refunds promptly.

  • Processing Time: After we receive your return and confirm its condition, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process the refund.
  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • When You’ll See It: The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account depends on your bank or PayPal’s processing times, but it typically takes 3-10 additional business days.

Please note: Original shipping fees (Standard or Free Shipping) are not refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

To ensure the health and safety of our wildlife community and due to the nature of certain products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Birdseed Trays & Seed Catchers: Due to potential contact with bird food and hygiene considerations.
  • Bird & Gift Books: All books are considered final sale to protect intellectual property.
  • Custom or Personalized Items: This includes any birdhouse or item that has been customized at your request (e.g., specific colors, monograms).
  • Clearance or “As-Is” Items: Any product marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

For damaged or defective items within these categories, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
