7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable.
• Final Sale Items: The following cannot be returned unless damaged upon arrival:

  • All Bird & Gift Books
  • Custom or Personalized Items
  • Clearance or “As-Is” Items

• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return, plus 3-10 days for bank processing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
